Pretty in Peplum

I am totally in love with peplums, it's one of my favorite trends this year. If you are not familiar with peplum it is an overskirt or ruffle attached at the waist. Peplums can be pleated in various ways, sewn on horizontally or diagonally, You can get peplum tops, dresses, and skirts and they are all really flattering. They are being meant to accentuate the narrow waist and curvier hips.

Wearing a deep lake peplum dress, don"t I just look glamorous in it..:) 

Did a bit of color blocking with the burgundy purse and beige colored shoes and added more effect to the dress with the leopard print  neckpiece and stud earrings..  

This look is so simple yet elegant!

A peplum dress has quite a presence in pictures, and posing with hands on your hips makes it even better.. This sassy stance emphasizes the peplum ruffles, giving the dress a huge impact in snapshots.

Turquoise and Mustard Day..

I absolutely love color blocking, color is my thing.. I put together a casual outfit, I am wearing a turquoise blue blazer, a mustard yellow shirt, and printed leggings with  nude colored platforms.. 

The bag, I got from a random boutique, it's so cute and i just couldn't resist not buying it.. lol, it has a touch of turquoise in it to complement the blazer. 

Had to keep my camel toe in check..haha!! Accessorized my wrist with few bangles and a wrist watch and my neck with a spiked neckpiece which has a touch of turquoise blue and gold, it blended so nicely with the shirt and blazer..

Nothing more completes an outfit than a lovely smile.. It's the best look anyone could ever have!!
